Concert Medical has a long-term partnership with a North American industry leader in fiber optics for medical use. Utilizing our interventional guidewire expertise, we supported our customers development activity and currently support the manufacture of a pressure guidewire designed to assess stenoses in vessels such as coronary arteries. The pressure wires have an integrated fiber optic sensor to measure physiologic indices including Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) and diastolic Pressure Ratio (dPR).
